Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Beef
In a large bowl, take the 14 ounces of ground beef and season it with salt and pepper. Form the beef into one large patty.
- 2
Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the 4 slices of bacon until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess grease.
- 3
Slice the Jalapeños
While the bacon is cooking, slice the 2 whole jalapeños into thin rounds, removing seeds if you prefer less heat.
Cooking
- 4
Cook the Burger Patty
In the same skillet, after removing the bacon, increase the heat to medium-high. Cook the beef patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness.
- 5
Melt the Cheese
In the last minute of cooking the beef patty, place the American, Cheddar, Pepper jack, and Swiss cheese slices on top to allow them to melt.
- 6
Assemble the Burger
On a burger bun, spread 4 tablespoons of garlic aioli. Place the cooked beef patty topped with melted cheese. Add the crispy bacon, sliced jalapeños, fried cheese curds, and pickles on top.
