In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove from skillet and let them drain on paper towels. Once cooled, chop into small pieces.

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill on medium-high heat for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Remove from the grill, let it rest for a few minutes, and then slice into bite-sized pieces.

Wash the fresh spinach thoroughly and set it aside to drain.
Cooking the Gnocchi

In a large pot of salted boiling water, add the gnocchi. Cook according to package instructions, usually about 2-3 minutes or until they float to the top. Drain and set aside.

Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Gradually stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
