Pork Tenderloin Preparation

Prepare the Pork Tenderloin
Season the pork tenderloin with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Fry the Pork
In a deep skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully place the breaded pork tenderloin in the oil. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Prep the Vegetables
Wash and chop the lettuce. Slice the tomato and onion into thin rings. Set aside.

Assemble the Sandwich
On the bottom half of a brioche bun, layer the lettuce, followed by the fried pork tenderloin. Add the tomato slices, onion rings, and pickles. Top with the other half of the brioche bun.

Serve immediately while hot, with your choice of sides.
