Bread the Pork
Dip the seasoned pork tenderloin into the flour, coating it completely. Next, dip it into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs, pressing the breadcrumbs onto the pork to adhere.
- 4
Fry the Pork
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the breaded pork tenderloin and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 145°F).
- 5
Rest the Pork
Remove the pork from the skillet and let it rest on a cutting board for about 5 minutes before slicing.
Sandwich Assembly
- 6
Prepare the Vegetables
While the pork is resting, wash and prepare the lettuce, slice the tomato and onion, and gather the pickles.
- 7
Build the Sandwich
Slice the brioche buns in half. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun. Place a slice of the pork tenderloin on top, followed by lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.

Serve
Serve the pork tenderloin sandwiches immediately while hot and enjoy!
