Alfredo Sauce

Method

Pasta Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Bacon and Spinach Preparation

  1. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess fat.

  2. 3

    Sauté Spinach

In the same skillet, add the fresh spinach and sauté for about 2-3 minutes until wilted. Remove from heat and set aside.

  3. 4

    Combine Bacon and Honey

Chop the cooked bacon. In a small bowl, mix the chopped bacon with honey until well combined.

Alfredo Sauce Preparation

  1. 5

    Make the Alfredo Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently.

  2. 6

    Add Cheese

Lower the heat and gradually add the Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses, stirring until melted and the sauce is smooth.

Combine and Serve

  1. 7

    Combine All Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the cooked fettuccine, sautéed spinach, honey bacon mixture, and Alfredo sauce. Toss gently until everything is well coated.

  2. 8

    Serve

Serve the Honey Bacon Alfredo hot, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
