Fruit Preparation

    Prepare the Strawberries

    Wash the strawberries under cold water. Remove the stems and slice them in half.

    Prepare the Blueberries

    Wash the blueberries under cold water and drain. Leave them whole.

    Prepare the Raspberries

    Wash the raspberries under cold water and drain. Leave them whole.

    Prepare the Kiwi

    Peel the kiwi using a knife. Cut each kiwi into slices or cubes.

    Prepare the Bananas

    Peel the bananas and slice them into rounds.

    Prepare the Pineapple

    Remove the skin and core from the pineapple. Cut the fruit into bite-sized chunks.

    Prepare the Grapes

    Wash the grapes under cold water and drain. Leave them whole.

Mixing

    Combine the Fruits

    In a large mixing bowl, combine all prepared fruits: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, kiwi, bananas, pineapple, and grapes. Gently toss to mix.

Mint Syrup Preparation (optional)

    Make the Mint Syrup

    In a small saucepan, combine the fresh mint leaves, granulated sugar, and water. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let it cool. Strain the syrup to remove the mint leaves.

Serving

    Serve the Fresh Fruit Bowl

    Spoon the mixed fruits into serving bowls. Drizzle with mint syrup if desired. Enjoy fresh.
