Shred the Cheese
Grate or shred the American, Pepper Jack, Smoked Cheddar, and Swiss cheese options if not pre-shredded. Set aside.

Prepare Fried Cheese Curds
If using frozen cheese curds, follow package instructions to fry or bake them until golden and crispy.
Making the Cheese Sauce

Add Flour
Whisk in 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden.

Pour in Milk
Gradually add 250ml of milk while whisking continuously to avoid lumps, and cook until the sauce thickens.

Add Cheese
Stir in 200g of shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Assembling the Dish

Layer the Cheese
On a serving platter, layer the prepared cheeses: American, Pepper Jack, Smoked Cheddar, and Swiss.

Add Toppings
Sprinkle chopped bacon, blue cheese crumbles, and feta cheese over the layered cheeses.

Finish with Cheese Sauce
Drizzle the warm cheese sauce generously over the entire platter. Add fried cheese curds on top for an extra crunch.
