Burger Patty

Brioche Bun

LTOP (Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Pickles)

Method

Preparing the Burger Patty

  1. 1

    Mix the Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the mixture into 2 equal portions and shape them into patties that are slightly larger than the brioche buns, as they will shrink while cooking.

Cooking the Burger Patty

  1. 3

    Preheat the Grill or Pan

Preheat your grill or a skillet over medium-high heat. If using a skillet, add a small amount of oil to prevent sticking.

  2. 4

    Cook the Patties

Place the patties on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes on the other side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

Preparing the Brioche Bun

  1. 5

    Toast the Buns

While the patties are cooking, slice the brioche buns in half and toast them on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

Assembling the Burger

  1. 6

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash the lettuce and slice the tomato and onion into thin slices.

  2. 7

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each toasted bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by the cooked burger patty, tomato slices, onion slices, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.
