Directions
- 1
Prepare the Cauliflower
Begin by preheating your oven to 450°F (230°C). Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower head, and cut it into bite-sized florets.
- 2
Make the Batter
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Gradually add in the almond milk while whisking until you have a smooth batter.
- 3
Coat the Cauliflower
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, making sure they are well coated, and then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 4
Bake the Cauliflower
Drizzle olive oil over the coated cauliflower florets and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- 5
Toss in Buffalo Sauce
Once the cauliflower is crispy, remove it from the oven and place it in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the cauliflower and toss until all florets are evenly coated.
- 6
Garnish and Serve
Transfer the buffalo cauliflower to a serving platter, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve hot. Enjoy your crispy buffalo cauliflower!
