Preparation
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cold water, then trim the ends and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut them in half from top to bottom.

Season the Brussels Sprouts
In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- 4
Arrange on Baking Sheet
Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 5
Roast in the Oven
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.
Making the Balsamic Glaze
- 6
Combine Ingredients
In a small saucepan, combine the balsamic vinegar and honey.
- 7
Simmer the Glaze
Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, or until it thickens slightly, stirring occasionally.
