Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    For Scrambled Eggs

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper until well combined. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and let it sit for a few seconds until it starts to set. Gently stir with a spatula, folding the eggs until they are softly scrambled and slightly runny. Remove from heat and serve immediately.

  2. 2

    For Sunny-Side Up

Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet, being careful not to break the yolks. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the whites are set but the yolks remain runny. Remove from heat and serve with fresh herbs if desired.

  3. 3

    For Fried Eggs

Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes for sunny-side up, or flip them for over-easy or over-hard, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and serve.
