Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Linguine

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Sauce

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and crushed red pepper flakes, sauté until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Add Wine and Tomatoes

Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer. Add the diced tomatoes, season with salt and black pepper, and let simmer for about 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Cook the Seafood

Add the lobster, shrimp, scallops, calamari, clams, and mussels to the skillet. Cover and cook for about 7-10 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through and clams and mussels have opened.

  5. 5

    Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss gently to combine. Stir in fresh parsley.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve hot in bowls, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
