Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pasta

Cook the fettuccini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Fish

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the swordfish steaks with salt and pepper, then sear them in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and let cool before cutting into bite-sized pieces.

  3. 3

    Make the Sauce

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the pesto sauce and mix well. Add the tuna and swordfish pieces to the sauce, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.

  4. 4

    Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the cooked fettuccini to the skillet with the sauce and toss well to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes until heated through.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the fettuccini hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
