Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the fettuccini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Add Garlic and Tomatoes
Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add crushed tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Create the Cream Sauce
Lower the heat and stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the sauce is creamy and heated through.

Add the cooked chicken and fettuccini to the sauce. Toss to coat everything evenly. Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if necessary.
