Bruschetta Preparation Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Tomato Mixture
Chop the fresh tomatoes and place them in a mixing bowl. Finely chop the garlic cloves and add them to the tomatoes. Tear the basil leaves and add them to the mixture.
- 2
Season the Mixture
Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the tomato mixture. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Gently toss the mixture to combine all the ingredients. Set aside to let the flavors meld.

Toast the Ciabatta
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the ciabatta loaf into 1-inch thick slices. Place the slices on a baking sheet and toast them in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.

Assemble the Bruschetta
Remove the toasted ciabatta from the oven. Spoon the tomato mixture generously over each slice of toasted bread. Serve immediately.
