    Prepare the Mixing Glass

    Begin by gathering all your ingredients and a mixing glass. Add the ice cubes to the mixing glass to chill.

    Combine the Ingredients

    Pour the 2 oz of Buffalo Trace Bourbon, 1 tbs of blueberry preserves, and 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice into the mixing glass.

    Add Bitters

    Add 2 dashes of Peychaud Bitters to the mixture in the mixing glass.

    Stir the Mixture

    Using a bar spoon, stir the mixture in the mixing glass for about 15-20 seconds until well combined and chilled.

    Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. Optionally, garnish with a lemon twist or a few blueberries for added flair.
