Prepare the Brownie Batter
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.

Bake the Brownies
Pour the brownie batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Let cool completely.

Assemble the Dessert
Once the brownies are cooled, cut them into squares. Layer a brownie square on a plate, top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, drizzle with chocolate sauce and caramel sauce. Repeat with additional layers if desired.
