Method
Tacos
- 1
Prepare the Wagyu Beef
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the Westholme Wagyu beef with salt and black pepper.
- 2
Cook the Beef
Add the seasoned Wagyu beef to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until it reaches your desired doneness. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly.
- 3
Make the Roasted Fresno Crema
While the beef is resting, halve the Fresno peppers and remove the seeds. Place them on a baking sheet and roast them under the broiler for about 5-7 minutes until charred. Blend the roasted peppers with the heavy cream in a blender until smooth.
- 4
Prepare the Radishes
Thinly slice the radishes and set them aside. You can also chop some cilantro to sprinkle on top later.
- 5
Assemble the Tacos
Warm the taco shells according to package instructions. Fill each shell with sliced Wagyu beef, top with the roasted Fresno crema, radish slices, and chopped cilantro. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the top before serving.
