Prepare the Butter
In a medium bowl, beat the unsalted butter until it is softened and creamy.

Chill
Transfer the butter mixture to a piece of plastic wrap, roll it into a log shape, and refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
Bone Marrow Bread Crumbs

Prepare Bone Marrow
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the bone marrow until it is liquid.

Combine Ingredients
In a bowl, mix the melted bone marrow with the bread crumbs, chopped thyme, and grated Parmesan cheese until evenly combined.

Set Aside
Set the mixture aside to cool slightly before using.
Escargot

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare Baking Dish
Grease a baking dish with butter to prevent sticking.

Arrange Escargot
Place the escargot in the prepared dish, then pour the white wine over the top.

Add Bread Crumb Mixture
Sprinkle the bone marrow bread crumb mixture evenly over the escargot.

Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the escargot are heated through and the top is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
