Prepare Your Glass
Fill a copper mug or a highball glass with ice to chill.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Tito's Handmade Vodka, 1 oz of prickly pear syrup, and 0.5 oz of fresh lime juice.

Shake It Up
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Combine with Ginger Beer
Strain the mixture from the shaker into the prepared glass filled with ice. Top with 4 oz of ginger beer.

Garnish with a lime wedge, a slice of prickly pear, and mint leaves for a refreshing touch.
