Directions to Prepare Bone Marrow Fried Rice
1. Prepare the Sushi Rice
Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook the rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
2. Prepare the Pineapple Cucumber Salad
Dice the pineapple and cucumber into small cubes. Toss them together in a bowl and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.
3. Cook the Bone Marrow
In a skillet over medium heat, add the vegetable oil and the bone marrow. Sauté until the marrow is melted and bubbly, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Fry the Rice
