Prepare the Chicken Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl.

Sprinkle salt over the chicken wings and toss them to ensure even seasoning.
Cooking

Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C). Use a thermometer for accuracy.

Carefully place the chicken wings in the hot oil, working in batches if necessary. Fry for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Using a slotted spoon, remove the wings from the oil and let them drain on paper towels.
Buffalo Sauce Preparation

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the hot sauce, unsalted butter, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until the butter melts and the sauce is well combined.
