Method

Prepare the Cauliflower

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. 2

    Cut the Cauliflower

Remove the leaves from the cauliflower head and cut it into bite-sized florets.

  3. 3

    Season the Cauliflower

In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.

Bake the Cauliflower

  1. 4

    Bake

Spread the cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, tossing halfway through.

Prepare the Buffalo Sauce

  1. 5

    Mix the Buffalo Sauce

In a bowl, whisk together the hot sauce, melted butter, and garlic powder until combined.

Coat the Cauliflower

  1. 6

    Toss in Buffalo Sauce

Once the cauliflower is done baking, remove it from the oven and place it in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the cauliflower and toss until well-coated.

Prepare the Blue Cheese Dressing

  1. 7

    Mix Dressing Ingredients

In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, crumbled blue cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Serve

  1. 8

    Plate and Serve

Serve the buffalo cauliflower warm with a side of blue cheese dressing for dipping.
