Method
Prepare the Cauliflower

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut the Cauliflower
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower head and cut it into bite-sized florets.

Season the Cauliflower
In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
Bake the Cauliflower

Spread the cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, tossing halfway through.
Prepare the Buffalo Sauce

Toss in Buffalo Sauce
Once the cauliflower is done baking, remove it from the oven and place it in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the cauliflower and toss until well-coated.
Prepare the Blue Cheese Dressing

Mix Dressing Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, crumbled blue cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Serve the buffalo cauliflower warm with a side of blue cheese dressing for dipping.
