Prepare the garlic confit
In a small saucepan, combine the garlic cloves and 1 cup of olive oil. Heat over low heat for about 30 minutes until the garlic is soft and golden. Remove from heat and let it cool in the oil.

Prepare the pearl onions
Peel the pearl onions and set aside. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat and add the onions. Sauté until they are caramelized and golden brown, about 10-15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Cooking the Ribeye & Lobster

Cook the ribeye steak
Season both sides of the ribeye steaks with salt and black pepper. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over high heat. Sear the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let rest.
