Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Chicken Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl.
- 2
Season the Wings
Sprinkle the salt, black pepper, and paprika over the chicken wings. Toss them well to ensure they are evenly coated with the spices.
Cooking
- 3
Bake the Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup. Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.
- 4
Prepare the Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, add the hot sauce, garlic powder, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- 5
Coat the Wings
Once the wings are baked, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the prepared buffalo sauce over the wings and toss them until they are fully coated.
