Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl.
- 2
Season the Wings
Sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper over the chicken wings. Toss them well to ensure they are evenly coated.
- 3
Bake the Wings
Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.
- 4
Prepare the Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the hot sauce and stir to combine.
- 5
Coat the Wings
Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the hot sauce mixture over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
- 6
Serve
Serve the spicy chicken wings hot with blue cheese or ranch dressing on the side.
