Chicken Wings

Prepare the Wings
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss the chicken wings with hot sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, and salt. Arrange on a baking sheet.

Bake the Wings
Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until crispy, flipping halfway through.
Jalapeño Poppers

Prepare the Poppers
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Halve the jalapeños and remove seeds. Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and bacon bits.

Stuff and Bake
Stuff jalapeños with the cheese mixture, dip in breadcrumbs, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Nachos

Layer the Nachos
Spread tortilla chips in a baking dish. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and jalapeño slices.

Melt and Serve
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes until cheese melts. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
Quesadillas

Cook and Flip
Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and cheese is melted. Cut into wedges.
Taquitos

Prepare the Taquitos
Warm corn tortillas in a skillet. Fill each with shredded beef, roll tightly, and secure with a toothpick.

Fry the Taquitos
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry taquitos until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Assemble and Serve
Serve the sautéed mixture in warm flour tortillas with guacamole on the side.
