Add the Pork
Cut the pork shoulder into chunks and add it to the pot. Brown the meat on all sides for about 8-10 minutes.

Simmer with Green Chile
Add the green chile, chicken broth, cumin, salt, and black pepper to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and let simmer for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the pork is tender.

Cook the Rice
While the pork is cooking, prepare the rice according to package instructions.

Heat the Beans
In a small pot, heat the beans over low heat until warmed through.

Prepare the Tortillas
Warm the tortillas on a skillet or in the microwave until soft and pliable.

Serve
Once the pork is tender, shred it using two forks. Serve the Chile Verde over rice, with beans on the side and warm tortillas.
