Prepare the Chicken Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.

Coat the Wings
Add the dry mixture to the chicken wings, ensuring they are evenly coated. Shake off any excess flour mixture.

Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the oil to 375°F (190°C).

Fry the Wings
Carefully add the coated chicken wings in batches, frying for 10-12 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

In a large bowl, add the fried wings and pour the sauce over them. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
