Method

Preparation of Wings

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken Wings

Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Coat the Wings

Add the dry mixture to the chicken wings, ensuring they are evenly coated. Shake off any excess flour mixture.

Frying Wings

  1. 4

    Heat the Oil

In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the oil to 375°F (190°C).

  2. 5

    Fry the Wings

Carefully add the coated chicken wings in batches, frying for 10-12 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Preparation of Sauce

  1. 6

    Melt the Butter

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.

  2. 7

    Combine Sauce Ingredients

Add the hot sauce, honey, soy sauce, and garlic powder to the melted butter. Stir until well combined and heated through.

Tossing and Serving

  1. 8

    Toss the Wings

In a large bowl, add the fried wings and pour the sauce over them. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

  2. 9

    Serve

Serve the Galaxy Wings hot, garnished with fresh parsley or celery sticks if desired.
