Method

Preparation Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Crostinis

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice a baguette into thin pieces, about 1/2 inch thick. Place the slices on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt. Toast in the oven for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

  2. 2

    Cook the Spinach and Aromatics

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion, sautéing until the onion is translucent. Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    Mix the Dip

In a mixing bowl, combine the sautéed spinach mixture, cream cheese, shredded white cheddar cheese, and dried cranberries. Mix until well combined.

  4. 4

    Bake the Dip

Transfer the dip mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool slightly. Serve warm with the toasted crostinis.
