Prepare the Crostinis
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice a baguette into thin pieces, about 1/2 inch thick. Place the slices on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt. Toast in the oven for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

Mix the Dip
In a mixing bowl, combine the sautéed spinach mixture, cream cheese, shredded white cheddar cheese, and dried cranberries. Mix until well combined.

Bake the Dip
Transfer the dip mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool slightly. Serve warm with the toasted crostinis.
