1. Brew Espresso
Brew 2 shots of espresso using an espresso machine.
2. Steam Milk
In a steaming pitcher, steam 1 cup of milk until it reaches about 150-160°F (65-70°C) and creates a velvety microfoam.
3. Combine
Pour the steamed milk over the brewed espresso. Hold back the foam with a spoon, then spoon the foam on top of the latte.
