Prepare the Wild Rice
Rinse the wild rice under cold water. In a medium saucepan, combine the wild rice with 2 cups of water and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 45 minutes or until tender. Drain any excess water and set aside.

Sear the Fish
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the fish fillets with salt and black pepper. In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the fish fillets for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from heat.

Make the Lemon Caper Dill Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add lemon juice, capers, and fresh dill. Stir to combine and let simmer for about 2-3 minutes.

Serve
Plate the wild rice, topped with the baked fish and lemon caper dill sauce. Serve with sautéed vegetables on the side.
