Preparation Steps
1. Cook the Seafood
Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the cod, halibut, and salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Place them on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through and flaky.
2. Fry the Calamari and Clam Strips
In a deep fryer or large pot, heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Dredge the calamari rings and clam strips in flour, then fry them for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
3. Prepare the Fries
While the seafood is cooking, fry the french fries according to the package instructions until they are crispy and golden.
4. Serve
On a large platter, arrange the baked fish fillets alongside the fried calamari, clam strips, and fries. Serve with tartar sauce and cocktail sauce on the side.
