Preparation and Baking

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Crab Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, lobster meat, chopped celery, chopped onion, shredded cheese, mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Prepare the Tomatoes
Arrange the sliced tomatoes on a greased baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Assemble the Dish
Spoon the crab and lobster mixture over the sliced tomatoes, spreading it out evenly.

Bake
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Serve
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with sautéed vegetables and wild rice on the side.
