1. Prepare the Cornstarch Slurry

In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water together until smooth. This will be used to thicken the sauce.

2. Sauté the Vegetables

In a medium saucepan, heat the pure olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced red peppers, white onions, and minced garlic. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are soft and translucent.

3. Add the Sauces

Stir in the Cholula hot sauce, coconut milk, agave, apple cider vinegar, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.

4. Incorporate the Cornstarch Slurry

5. Simmer the Sauce
