Steak Marinade and Seasoning
Method
Preparation and Grilling
- 1
Prepare the Marinade
In a mixing bowl, combine pure olive oil, minced fresh garlic, fresh oregano, fresh basil, fresh rosemary, fresh sage, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until well blended.
- 2
Marinate the Steak
Place the grass-fed steak in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it is evenly coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for maximum flavor.

Grill the Steak
Remove the steak from the marinade and let any excess drip off. Sprinkle blackening seasoning evenly over both sides of the steak. Place the steak on the hot grill and cook for approximately 6-8 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.
