Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Marinade
In a mixing bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, chipotle peppers, honey, and all the dried herbs (thyme, sage, rosemary, and basil). Mix well until fully combined.
- 2
Marinate the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

- 4
Grill the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade and let any excess drip off. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- 5
Add Fresh Herbs
During the last few minutes of grilling, sprinkle the fresh rosemary, sage, and oregano over the chicken for added flavor.
- 6
Serve
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with your choice of sides.
