Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Seafood

In a bowl, combine the grouper fillets and shrimp. Pour enough mango habanero sauce over the seafood to fully coat it. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to 'cook' the seafood in the acidity of the sauce.

Mixing Ingredients

  1. 2

    Combine the Vegetables and Fruits

In a large mixing bowl, combine diced cucumber, avocado, red onion, tomato, cilantro, and mango. Gently toss together until well mixed.

  2. 3

    Add the Marinated Seafood

After the seafood has marinated, drain excess sauce and add the marinated grouper and shrimp to the bowl with the vegetables. Mix gently to combine.

Finishing Touches

  1. 4

    Add Salsa and Final Adjustments

Fold in the mango salsa to the ceviche mixture. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, adding more mango habanero sauce if desired for extra heat.

Serving

  1. 5

    Serve with Tortilla Chips

Transfer the mango habanero ceviche to a serving dish and serve chilled with tortilla chips on the side for dipping.
