Prepare the Espresso
Brew your espresso coffee and let it cool to room temperature. Mix in the coffee liqueur and set aside.

Whip the Cream
In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

Mix Mascarpone
In another bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese with granulated sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Combine Mixtures
Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully combined.
Assembly

Dip the Ladyfingers
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled espresso mixture, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.

Layer the Dessert
In a rectangular dish, layer half of the soaked ladyfingers at the bottom. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.

Repeat Layers
Add another layer of soaked ladyfingers followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture on top.

Chill the Tiramisu
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Serving

Dust with Cocoa Powder
Before serving, dust the top of the tiramisu with cocoa powder using a fine sieve.

If desired, garnish with chocolate shavings for additional decoration.
