Method
For the Shrimp
- 1
Sauté the Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- 2
Cook the Shrimp
Add the jumbo shrimp to the skillet, seasoning with salt and black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
- 3
Add Wine and Lemon Juice
Pour in the white wine and lemon juice. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce slightly reduces.
- 4
Finish the Sauce
Stir in the chopped parsley just before serving, allowing the flavors to meld together.
For the Crostini
- 5
Prepare the Baguette
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch slices.
- 6
Brush with Olive Oil

- 7
Bake the Crostini
Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until the crostini are golden and crispy.
