Blend the Ingredients
In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and crushed ice. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and frothy.

Take a chilled glass (preferably a hurricane or tiki glass) and pour the blended mixture into the glass.
