Prepare the Vegetables
Rinse the arugula and cherry tomatoes under cold water. Pat dry with a clean kitchen towel. Halve the cherry tomatoes and set aside.

Prepare the Burrata
Carefully unwrap the burrata cheese. Place it on a serving plate.

Wrap the Burrata
Take the slices of prosciutto di Parma and wrap them around the burrata cheese, covering it completely.
Assembly

Assemble the Salad
In a large bowl, combine the arugula and halved cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then season with salt and black pepper. Toss gently to combine.

Plate the Dish
Place the dressed arugula and cherry tomato salad on a serving platter. Position the wrapped burrata in the center of the salad.

Add Parmesan
Using a vegetable peeler, shave thin slices of Parmesan cheese over the salad and burrata for garnish.
