Method
Preparation of Pizza Dough

Preheat oven
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).

Roll out dough
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a round shape, about 14 inches in diameter.

Transfer and oil
Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a pizza stone or baking sheet. Brush the surface lightly with olive oil.
Assemble Pizza

Add red sauce
Spread the red sauce over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Add meat toppings
Layer the ground beef and roasted chicken or braised pork evenly on top of the sauce.

Add vegetables
Sprinkle black beans and roasted sweet corn over the meat layer.

Add jalapeños
Add slices of pickled jalapeños to taste.

Add cheese
Sprinkle jack cheese and fior di latte over the top evenly.

Add Pecorino-Romano
Finish with a generous grating of Pecorino-Romano cheese.
Bake Pizza

Bake pizza
Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.

Cool pizza
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a minute.
Serve Pizza

Add avocado cream
Drizzle the tomatillo-lime avocado cream over the top of the pizza.

Garnish with pico de gallo
Top with pico de gallo just before serving.

Slice and serve
Slice and serve hot with additional jalapeños on the side if desired.
