Preheat your oven to 250°C (482°F) to ensure it's hot enough for baking the pizza.

Prepare the Dough
On a lightly floured surface, stretch or roll out the pizza dough into a round shape, approximately 12 inches in diameter.

Spread the Pesto
Spread the basil pesto evenly over the surface of the stretched pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Add the Cheeses
Evenly distribute the Fior di latte, Asiago, Provolone, and Pecorino Romano cheeses over the pesto-covered dough.

Add Oven-Dried Tomatoes
Sprinkle the oven-dried tomatoes on top of the cheese for added flavor and texture.
Baking

Bake the Pizza
Carefully transfer the pizza onto a baking sheet or pizza stone and bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
