Method
Pizzette Directions
- 1
Prepare the Dough
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thickness. Cut into individual circles (about 4 inches in diameter) using a cookie cutter or a glass.
- 2
Add Sauce and Toppings
Place the dough circles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread a tablespoon of pizza sauce on each circle, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce, then add the pepperoni slices on top.
- 3
Season and Bake
Drizzle the olive oil over the topped pizzettes and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
- 4
Garnish and Serve
Remove the pizzettes from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes. Top with fresh basil leaves before serving.
Salad Directions
- 5
Prepare the Salad Base
In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and thinly sliced red onion.
- 6
Add Cheese and Dressing
Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the salad. Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette over the top and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 7
Toss and Serve
Gently toss the salad to combine all ingredients and ensure the dressing is evenly distributed. Serve alongside the pizzettes.
