Dressing Preparation

In a small bowl, mash the anchovy fillets and minced garlic cloves together until they form a paste.

Mix the Dressing Ingredients
Add Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the anchovy-garlic paste. Whisk until well combined.

Emulsify the Dressing
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously to create a smooth, creamy dressing.

Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese into the dressing mix until well incorporated.
Salad Assembly

Prepare the Romaine Lettuce
Wash and dry the romaine lettuce. Tear it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.

Add croutons and additional grated Parmesan cheese over the lettuce in the salad bowl.

Drizzle the prepared Caesar dressing over the salad ingredients. Toss gently to combine, ensuring the lettuce is well coated.
