Cut the fresh mozzarella into 1/4-inch thick slices. Next, slice the tomatoes into similar thickness so they match the mozzarella slices.

On a serving platter, alternate layering the mozzarella slices, tomato slices, and prosciutto. Start with a slice of mozzarella, followed by a slice of tomato, and then a piece of prosciutto. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
