Boil the Edamame
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the edamame pods to the boiling water and cook for about 5 minutes or until they are tender.

Drain the Edamame
Once cooked, drain the edamame in a colander and let them cool slightly.

Season with Salt
Sprinkle the kosher salt over the drained edamame while they are still warm, tossing to ensure even coating.

Serve
Serve the edamame warm or at room temperature. Enjoy by squeezing the beans out of the pods into your mouth and discarding the pods.
