Method

Cooking Pasta

  1. 1

    Boil the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sautéing Vegetables

  1. 2

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Then, add the bell peppers, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, carrot, and broccoli. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

Combining Ingredients

  1. 3

    Combine Pasta with Vegetables

Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Season with salt and black pepper. Toss everything together to coat the pasta evenly with the vegetables.

  2. 4

    Finish the Dish

Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped basil. Toss again to mix well. Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.

Serving

  1. 5

    Serve

Divide the Pasta Primavera among plates and serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan and basil if desired.
