Prepare the Steaks
Take the filet mignon steaks out of the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to high heat (around 450°F to 500°F).

Season the Steaks
Rub the steaks with olive oil, and season generously with salt, black pepper, and fresh rosemary.

Grill the Steaks
Place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.

Rest the Steaks
Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for about 5-10 minutes before serving.

Cook the Garlic
While the potatoes are boiling, peel and crush the garlic cloves. In a small saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.

Mash the Potatoes
Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the sautéed garlic, remaining butter, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.
